  • How many days will the Demo run?


    Every MOApp Application works without licenses, serial number and activations.
    That sort of nonsense only punishes the honest among us.
    For that reason, there are no 10/20/30 days demos of our small apps.
    They will only store the data as long as the application is running.

    After you've purchased the applications you fully own them, without limitations.

    We know that this is a compromise - but we think it is a good one, a lot like DRM-free music.
  • Where is my serial number?

  • I like these apps - but I need them in my language!

    I have written a small (and very Mac-like) tool that helps to localize apps without knowing something about Xcode, Interface Builder oder UTF-8 et cetera…

    Of course you can also pay with your Credit Card (PayPal also offers that without creating an account), you can use your Wirecard or pay with a bank-transfer. If none of that possibilities fits your needs - feel free to write us an eMail - we will find a solution!

  • I do not receive an answer | mail from you?


    Sometimes we receive mails from you with questions, feedback, bug reports, thanks and request for your login-data. We write answers to all of these mails - but sometimes they came back.

    Once, twice, …

    So of course you do not get an answer. You can't…
    Please - if you did not receive an answer, write again from another account | service provider (e.g. Gmail)

  • Why do I have to login to download my application?


    Every MOApp Application works without licenses, serial number and activations.
    So to make your full versions available for download all the time you have to login with the login details you have received with our confirmation eMail.

    If you have lost this login details
    - just send us an eMail to: info@myownapp.com

    Please submit your PayPal ID and eMail-Address - this will help us…
  • What is a Portable Application?

  • I did not receive my Application!


    Please ensure that you can receive emails from mobile.me

    If we did not answer within 24h, please drop us a note.

    In most cases you don't receive our email because we are blocked by your email- or isp. So it would help to write to us (if possible) again from another email-account.

    Sorry to hear that.
    Maybe it is because you touched the "System Fonts" - in particular the Optima.
    Please ensure that all your "System Fonts" are installed and activated proper…

  • My application crashed - please help!


    Ohh…
    We are sorry to hear that.

    Sometimes the culprit is the .plist file of the application. In most cases all you have to do is to delete this file. You will find it in your Preferences-folder:

    YOURACCOUNT/Library/Preferences/com.myownapp.APPLICATION.plist

  • Can I open my files with Schreiben?


    If you can open them with Pages or TextEdit you will also be able to open and save them with Schreiben.

    In case of any problems with a file (and if it is not to private or confidential) we can have a look if we can fix it and if you can open it with Pages or TextEdit and not with Schreiben - you will receive your money back…
  • Could you write an app just for me?


    We love to hear your ideas and of course you will receive an answer.

    But (there is always a but - isn't it?) we can't promise to write it for you. In most cases we say no - it is because we are unable to write such an app or you need something we do not understand. But sometimes…

    maileR and Recherche are request we tried to satisfy. Rechnungen and Kunden are getting better and better due to your feedback. Schreiben is such a success because we listen to your needs…
  • Can I have your code?


    Would you ask Apple or Adobe such a question?

    But MOApp would not exist without the help from other great coding-people who share their skills - so if we can help - we will help!
    Most MOApp applications are build with code, frameworks and tutorials you can find in the WWW. Please take a look at the our Xcode-site to grab some code from us and to find links to code and tutorials we use. Of course you can ask for help and parts of our code - but sometimes we use code from others we are not allowed to share…
