Kunden - because your Clients and Jobs are as individual as your Skills!

3 Simple Steps!

1. Create Client

Contact Managment in Simple!

You can open the Client Sheet by simply double-clicking in the Table or via the Menus…

Jobs! Jobs! Jobs!

2. Create New Job and edit, store all relevant informations (incl. a Contract if needed)

NOTICE!

Kunden will automatically calculate the Amount of a Working on the given Charge per Hour - if you work with Fees you can also calculate by Hand if needed

Work it!

3. Create Workings

You can create as many Workings as you like for each Job…
If neded you can track the time - this time will automatically be added
Of course you won't invoice two minutes and five seconds - so you can apply the time you want to invoice - eg. 5 HRS or 2.25 HRS
Kunden will automatically calculate the Amount of a Working based on the given (you applied that when you edited the Job) Charge and if you had Expenses the will be also automaticlally added…

Expenses

Don't forget to invoice your expenses :-)

Do It!

You can add as many ToDo!s as you like (need) to each Client and apply to a Job if needed and with the new Version you can now automatically add them to iCal if needed :-)

Why use two ore more apps - if you can have all in one :-)

Notes, Notes, Notes

You can store as many Notes as you need to each Client - and of course you can export and print them…

Safety First!

You can apply Password to lock your database and the application…
You can make a backup each time you start the application - so you can 'Revert to Saved' in case of Changes you want to 'undo'
You can enable AutoSave - so your data will be automatically saved every time it changes - so even when (I hope it will never happen!) the app crashes or you've forgotten to pay the utility bill you won't loose your data :-)

Don't forget your Password!

- otherwise you can't open your database!

Backup your Data often!

You can export and import your Kunden Data to and from a single file…

NOTICE!!!

In case of using the portable Version of Kunden maybe from a thumb-drive you first have to export your data before updating the app!

Attitude

Demo Information

Every MOApp Application works without licenses, serial number and activations. That sort of nonsense only punishes the honest among us. For that reason, there are no 10/20/30 days demos of our small apps. They will only store the data as long as the application is running. After you've purchased the applications you fully own them, without limitations. We know that this is a compromise - but we think it is a good one, a lot like DRM-free music.

If you need another kind of trial/demo - please send us an eMail - we will find a solution. Promise!
