With Geld you can record entries related to money/finances.
You can create as many Accounts as needed.
· To create a new Account open the Preferences and click the 'New Button'
· Than you must add a Year by clicking the 'New Year Button'
The Application will always open with the 'Positions View' - because thats the view you will use in most cases. To add a Year (something you will only do once e year :-)) you must change to the 'Month View'
This 'Month View' is designed to make a summary for every month of a year and this view of a month can also be printed and you can also filter the results with the search - so you can give your accountant all that she/he needs and you can see with a view clicks if there is enough money to buy a new Mac…
Geld is (like all the other Apps for your small business made by MOApp designed to have the freedom to write and calculate whatever you want and need and not what the application will tell you - thats the difference to all other apps we know - of course you may have to write a little bit more - but you are not limited)
So - of course Geld will add all your entries and shows the result - but sometimes thats whats in your wallet is not that what you will bring to account - so in Geld you can store different (your own) calculations to every month/position and only that calculation will be added to the total…
