MOApp Software Licences

It is explicitly allowed:
· to translate and customize all MOApp Applications.
· to use MOApp Applications on any private Mac you own.
· to transfer MOApp Applications if you do not use them any more.

It is explicitly not allowed:
· to share MOApp Applications you have paid for with others.
· to use MOApp Applications on more than one 'business' Mac.

You are explicitly invited to share all free MOApp applications.
You must include a credit mentioning MOApp as the original author of the application.)

The MOApp Software (the computer programs in machine readable object code form issued by MOApp pursuant to this License Agreement) together with the Documentation (all manuals, user documentation and other related materials pertaining to the MOApp Software) and/or other materials distributed with the MOApp .zip file, CD or any other media containing these materials) is licensed, not sold, to you by MOApp, and MOApp reserves all rights not expressly granted to you.

By downloading, installing, copying or otherwise using all or any portion of the MOApp Software you agree to be bound by the terms of this MOApp License Agreement. If you do not agree to the MOApp License Agreement do not use the MOApp Software. Copyright and other intellectual, industrial and/or proprietary rights to MOApp and to any whole or partial copies that you make are owned by MOApp. MOApp permits you to use its software only in accordance with the terms of this License Agreement.

All rights not specifically granted by MOApp are reserved by MOApp. This (MOApp) software is provided by MOApp "AS IS" and any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpase are disclaimed. In no event shall the author or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services; loss of use, date, or profits; or business interruptions) however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort (including negligence or otherise) arising in any way out of the use of this software, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

MOApp may make use of third party software. Notwithstanding the foregoing, use of some third party materials included in the MOApp Software may be subject to other terms and conditions. The official copyright notices and specific license conditions of this third party software are to be found in the applications .dmg or .zip file.
