At the first launch of myBlogEdit you are guided to setup at least one account up.
myBlogEdit supports engines like WordPress, MovableType, ExpressionEngine and compatible.

Setting an account up
Weblog settings
Please enter your account details and select your kind of weblog engine.
Blog ID and the XMLRPC URL (API Endpoint) depend on your engine and installation structure.
Here is some guidance:
WordPress: http://yourdomain.com/xmlrpc.php
ExpressionEngine: Please install the MetaWeblog API under 'Modules' - there you will also find your access point
TypePad: http://typepad.com/services/xmlrpc
MovableType: http://yourdomain.com/mt-xmlrpc.cgi - please remember to use your 'webservice password'
The Blog ID is often the number of your weblog or your username.
For WordPress in most cases it is the: 1
If your engine is not listed please choose the confirming API.
You can specify settings for every account.
This includes a custom 'align style' for images and the excerpt (if supported).
