First Steps with Vernissage

1. Create Account

Create Account (e.g. for an Atelier or Gallery etc.)
If you want to print Abstracts and Receipts you need to fill out all needed fields

Some topics to organize your Artworks are named by the app itself - but you can make your own Lables (1-3) and the will show up in the Main View and on the printed Abstracts…

2. Create Categories

To each Account you can add as many Categories as you want (e.g for Paintings, Sculptures etc.)
Vernissage will remember the last selected Account, Category and Artwork when quitted…

3. Add Artworks to selected Category

You can add as many Artworks as you like to each selected Category.
Vernissage is designed to simply add new Categories and Artworks within the Main View - and all options you may need sometimes can be reached with one click…

More Images

If needed you can add as many Images as you like to each Artwork - e.g. to document the Genesis of an Artwork or all views of an Installation…

PLEASE NOTICE:
All your Images are stored inside the Vernissage database - so if you use uncompressed Images from your Mega-Pixel Camera one day Vernissage will slow down. So you better use compressed/downsized (.jpg) Images…

Exhibitions

If need you can track and manage all Exhibitions one (all?) of your great Artworks have been or will be shown…

Filthy Lucre

Well, even artist need to feed their cats…

So if you (or you as a Gallery Owner) sold one of your great artworks you can track and manage your buyers (together with Notes).

Evidence of Success

If you need or want, you can even print a Receipt for your Accounting and your Buyers/Collectors…

btw: in Laland you you don't have to pay - you will receive the taxes :-))
