First, the most important parts without any gibberish:
MOApp does not - I repeat: does not grab and store any private data from you, your address book, your Mac, iPad or iPhone or whichever other device or medium is in play. Not on the MOApp servers and not in any other database. Not a single App from MOApp violates your address book or any other private information. MOApp doesn't even store device or user UUIDs.
Please note that MOApp has nothing to do with its payment providers (FastSpring/Paypal) or the Apple App Stores and that MOApp does not sell the software. Apple and FastSpring do that.
If you contact MOApp by email, thru its websites or Apps - your contact information will only be used for that purpose and deleted afterwards. MOApp does not store that information and certainly does not sell it. Of course emails have to be stored on the protected MOApp mail server for a short time in order to provide fast, professional support and to fulfill orders and purchases.
You are even free to submit feedback anonymously and the update process for all MOApp Apps (outside the Apple App Stores) is completely anonymous as well.
Some MOApp Apps allow the use of third party services like Dropbox, iCloud, Twitter, Tumblr, WordPress, RIL and Co. MOApp has nothing to do with those services and their public APIs - however, if one of the MOApp Apps is required to deal with authentication and storing passwords - this is done in the best known appropriated way which means they are securely stored encrypted, as tokens or hashes.
If a certain feature in a MOApp App is considered a possible security or privacy risk (e.g. storing credentials in Browser/on the Dropbox) users are confronted with an additional emphasized warning, alert or hint.
You are free to use MOApp Apps on any privately owned Mac. MOApp Apps can be used on one business Mac and a companion Laptop. All MOApp source code, fonts and wallpapers and other goodies offered for free download are published under the WTFPL.
Already activated/registered Apps purchased from MOApp are non-refundable. That's why you can test them out without any restrictions for an unlimited time.
If you purchase Apps written by MOApp on the Apple App Stores - you purchase them from Apple and their rules apply. Please keep that in mind.
There is no such thing as a bug free App. Period. Even if we developers try to write them on a daily basis. I'll do my very best to write awesome Apps and to improve them. But MOApp is not responsible for any damage or loss of data. Of course, I'm here to help and to fix and restore whatever is possible. So please - enable Time Machine and/or make automated backups. No really, I mean it. Enable Time Machine right now. If you've not already done so.
